Return Process

  Log into your Deltastar account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the inclusion of the packing slip to help our team identify your order quickly.

  Drop Off at Carrier

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for your convenience.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange shipment will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
